What is IPTV?

IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) is a system through which a digital television service is delivered using the Internet and broadband Internet access straight to home televisions. It is an alternative system to the traditional ways of delivering television by providers such as Sky who deliver their network via a satellite system or the free to view which is delivered by a traditional room top aerial.
